4. Is there a minimum rental period? 

Yes. 

  • For furnished rentals, the minimum period is generally 1 night. 

  • For long-term rentals, conditions vary depending on the property. We adapt to your needs (a stay of one month, 6 months or more). 

 

5. What amenities are included in the homes? 

Our homes are fully furnished and equipped for your comfort. You will find: comfortable bed(s), equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi connection (in most homes), Smart TV, air conditioning, security or caretaker service... 

 

6. Can I book from abroad? 

Absolutely. Many members of the Beninese diaspora and international travellers book their accommodation through Kaabia before they arrive. We offer full support and flexible payment arrangements to make your stay easier. 

 

7. Do you offer additional services?
